I shaped Eleven's UX and UI from the ground up. I worked through research data with stakeholders to define the core pain points, then built wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI focused on clear hierarchy and streamlined workflows. I also built the design system so the team could ship consistent components, refining through reviews and testing.
From the early insights, I mapped every page and function, restructured navigation, and designed a responsive recruiter dashboard for better data visibility. I built high-fidelity prototypes and a scalable component library for long-term consistency, refining through feedback into a flow that worked for recruiters and candidates alike.
Eleven reduced time-to-hire by 30% and gave recruiters clearer pipeline visibility. The component system lets the team add features later without breaking consistency.
A component system is what lets an ATS survive growth. Building Eleven's UI as scalable parts meant new features could ship without breaking what was already there. Recruiter efficiency and candidate transparency are two problems seen from two sides. Designing both pipelines together kept the product coherent.
